    Very rude communication. I ordered garnier gradual tan £8.99 from eBay. Amazon delivered with no notice. I contacted the seller to ask if it was from them and if it was they had delivered the wrong one. The seller told me it was from them (even though Amazon price was £5.39) and it was not possible they had sent the wrong one! They asked for photos then told me to send it back- no apology for being rude (l had pointed this out) or for the inconvenience. I will never buy from this seller.

    Item didn’t arrive. The seller did ship something. But they put the wrong Post Code on it. It was delivered somewhere else. The seller would not refund, would not accept responsibility for the wrong postcode. I had to appeal the decision through eBay, which was granted. This took time and effort and was a frustration. The seller did not communicate with me directly, he did not send any response.
