I had to chase the seller as I didn't have any update on the shipment after 3 days. Seller responded to say that it shipped straight the order was received (not notified) and that the item was sent back to them as it broke during the shipment. Seller asked if I wanted a refund, of course.. I'm not giving away free money! Poor communication skills, poor customer service and possibly poor packaging.
