  Ordered glass screen protector. Delivered quickly and safely but unfortunately a wrong model. Communicated to seller and received a replacement quicker but broken. Finally agreed for refund. A bad experience but seller is responsive and responsible. I decided not to purchase glass protector online however.

  Positive feedback as the seller was incredibly helpful in sorting the issues I had. The screen protector arrived packaged in a plastic case for protection. Unfortunately this on its own was not enough to survive the postal system and arrived broken. I sent photos, seller apologised and resent item straight away. When it arrived I was very disappointed to find it did not work with my fingerprint. Seller offered to send another but at this point I felt a refund was required so I ordered elsewhere

  I waited extra time when this didn't arrive. I then contacted the seller and was asked to wait "2 extra days", which I did. Still no sign. Sent another message to seller and got EXACTLY the same message back, asking me to wait "2 extra days". Is it a bot or a scam? Product wasn't tracked which is disappointing at £2.99 postage for a tiny lead. I've waited another 2 days by default (as was away). Still no sign. Can't recommend obviously.
