A few days later one box arrived. I contacted seller again and they apologied and said that the other box was on it way. A week later I contacted the seller as I had not received it and seller advised that it was lost in the post. They and offered a refund, which I accepted and received immediatly.

A WEEK PASSED AND IT HAD NOT ARRIVED SO I ASKED THE SELLER WHEN IT WAS SENT ONLY TO BE TOLD IT WAS COMING FROM A LONG WAY (I AM IN ENGLAND AND SO IS THE SELLER). ANOTHER WEEK PASSED AND IT HAD STILL NOT ARIVED SO I OPENED A GOOD NOT RECEIVED CASE STATING THAT I STILL WANTED IT. HOWEVER, INSTEAD OF REPLACING IT THE SELLER REFUNDED ME. I NOW SEE THAT THE RICE HAS GONE UP TO £10!

Verkäufer interessiert das überhaupt nicht, stellt keinen Nachforschungs-Antrag bei FedEx und betrachtet das wohl alles als erledigt. Ich habe keine Ware erhalten und mein Geld ist auch weg... Vielen Dank auch, solche Verkäufer braucht niemand der einen quasi im Regen stehen lässt... Habe selber bei FedEx einen Nachforschungs-Antrag gestellt, also Ärger und Arbeit...
