    phone was listed as box opened, unused, and unlocked. The phone was locked & attached to an email address and PIN which meant I couldn't use it. Returned the phone & was repeatedly asked for Google account details and password (!) so that the seller could unlock the phone. I was asked for the PIN but this has not been set by me. The seller then raised a case that I had set the PIN etc & they couldn't unlock the phone. They apologised for their error & promised a refund which didn't materialise.
