Wrote to the seller over 2 days ago when goods arrived but haven’t had a reply hence this review. If they respond I’m more than happy to re-review if we have a positive experience. The damage to the refurbed extractor we bought was much so more extensive than the photographs showed to the point we’ll have to make adaptations to install it. It was really badly packaged with the most fragile edges being left with no protection which white possibly contributed to the bad condition it arrived in.

Not as advertised. Item listed and pictured as Dell Precision 5570, item sent/received was Dell Latitude e5570, a much cheaper model that could have been purchased for half of the listed price, not good, do not buy from here. Contacted the seller but have had no response, very poor.

I purchased a Lenova Thinkpad T580 and it arrived within 3 working days, which was great. When it arrived I was amazed with the condition it was in. It is like a brand new laptop at half the price. So if you don't mind a Laptop without the original packaging, buy from this supplier, but make sure you purchase excellent condition. You won't be disappointed. I will definitely buy from these guys again. Thank you.

Very nice cooker, although the doors feel a little flimsy. Delivered on time, but communication with Buy It Direct is not so easy. They don’t respond to messages on eBay, and when there was an issue with one of the door hinges, I was quickly handed off to the manufacturer when calling them directly. This is fair enough, but customer service at Buy It Direct did not come across as particularly interested in helping.
