The book arrived well packed get & I pristine condition at a good price. I would have liked it by 1st class post & I contacted this Seller via EBAY 'CONTACT' but got NO RESPONSE via either my email account or on ebay and certainly not in my Spam folder...SO what can you say I was inconvenienced a bit but got a positive outcome? I think they're reliable for transactions but something is remiss with electronic communication via EBAY or perhaps not tech savvy or disinterested or unwell etc..

When the book eventually arrived it was much later than originally stated. I had contacted the seller before delivery and there was a quick reply and great communication explaining the reasons for the delay. The book seemed to be well packaged when despatched, but the top corner of the cardboard envelope had been ripped off when delivered. The book is excellent quality and as advertised. The delay in delivery was an issue for me as this was a birthday gift that then arrived too late.

Packaged with care and good price for an item that was difficult to find elsewhere. If you order more than 1 item, they might arrive separately but all items should ship within 15 days. Would use again but communication could have been slightly better as I just received an automated message when I contacted them.
