I’m very happy with my roof rails! I ordered all black but received the silver by accident. I wrote them to see what we could do about swapping out the silver for the black. They wrote me back immediately, apologizing for the mix up and that they would get me out the black asap. I received a tracking number a few hours later. Very easy to purchase items from this seller! Also I was shock how fast I received my item. From the over side of the world, as I ordered things from another major online shopping site back in December 2023 and it is supposedly in stock in Canada and I’ve still not received it! But when I purchased the item I received it in about two weeks or less from as I said the other side of the world.
