Delivery was next day but took 3 days to arrive. This was not the ButsBext fault as the box had a yellow sticker saying next day. Evri tracking showed it was picked up on day of my order so in my mind later delivery was entirely fault of the delivery company. I did take this up with Buysbest and then came back quickly to say they had contacted Evri. Excellent communications.

But couriers are terrible and thrown it around, damaging heater and box. Heater looks good even with the large crack in the top. Great quality and value for money though. Contacted seller who immediately replaced it. However courier again bashed the next heater around even though it was packed EXTREMELY WELL and FRAGILE written tape around packaging.
