  This seller was great, there was a problem with stock but he refunded me and gave me a better offer/alternative than originally. It came in 2 days and man this is cool. Packaging was funny but it works so no complaints. The item is as described it’s just that there was no black cover but I honestly don’t care.   Okay so I never got the laptop because of the post office and because I chose to use not my really name so I never got my package due to the post office stupidity and me putting not my real name on the package but the seller was very understanding and he gave me a refund when I told him was going on and show them screenshots of the issue with the post office and the seller was super understanding you should definitely buy from the seller

  I purchased a Wii and it had more issues than described. I contacted the seller and they were quick to help. They sent me a replacement system and accessories. I’m very grateful for it. Unfortunately, the second one had issues of its own. I contacted them again and they told me to keep both consoles and they refunded my first purchase. It was a sad stroke of bad luck, but the seller did an amazing job with customer support and helping out.
