    Fabric colour significantly misrepresented in the photos- appeared much darker irl. Seller friendly and offered a free return; I accepted. She mentioned she would address the issue. Received prompt refund. However, prior to this, I messaged expressing interest in purchasing another fabric and asking for colour representation advice -received no response. Later tried to buy another fabric but had been blocked; clearly, she couldn’t handle a custom complaint- not a great way to do business!
