The seller packaged and sent the item as expected so a positive for that part. Royal Mail however tried to force the parcel through the letter box without success leaving it stuck half way through with parts of the ripped packaging on the floor. I had to use force to pull it back out of the door again. The item itself looks OK still but I have yet to test it.
