  Mattress just as pictured, dipatched by seller straight away. Pity Yodel depot forgot to load on to the van. When van arrived on Saturday ,the driver didnt have it on board so had to then wait untill Monday for them to deliver again.

E bay appear not to do anything about this and so to preserve your reputation it may show you in a more positive light if you somehow could appease your disappointed buyers. ( I am a private self appointed monitor of standards within in the realms of on line buying and unfortunately eBay is a little behind when it comes to protecting its innocent)

The cabinet arrived in a really good quality cardboard box and It arrived in first rate order after its trip through the post, so, over all, I am very pleased with this transaction.
