The cabinet arrived in a really good quality cardboard box and It arrived in first rate order after its trip through the post, so, over all, I am very pleased with this transaction.     Super service goods received with thanks. No problems encountered. You should contact those who left you neg feedback and sort out their complaints. E bay appear not to do anything about this and so to preserve your reputation it may show you in a more positive light if you somehow could appease your disappointed buyers. ( I am a private self appointed monitor of standards within in the realms of on line buying and unfortunately eBay is a little behind when it comes to protecting its innocent)

    After a long wait and messages to seller about and for chair it finally arrived. It was worth the wait as after building the chair which was relatively easy to do my husband sat down and said it is very comfy.
