    I’m very satisfied. I ordered this ring over the weekend. When they went to fill the order on Monday, they found they had sold the ring to someone else at their physical location on Saturday. As a gesture of goodwill, they allowed me to select a different ring worth £110 more and matched the price. They also resized it for free. I appreciated their gesture. The ring was beautiful when it arrived and my partner loves it. Shipping was timely.

    So after worrying about this ring not only being as it was advertised..and then having UPS not able to find my home address! I eventually picked up my ring from the UPS depot.. I have to say “it’s the most beautiful ring “ so my apologies to whoever it was I’ve been messaging with the worry I wasn’t going to receive it ! … thank you again I’m vey pleased and happy with my purchase

    I have never received the item and when the seller was contacted they said it was out of their hands and up to eBay. eBay has done nothing to track the package or provide a refund. Where is the money back guarantee ?
