    For some reason the original £5 BU coin pack did not arrive throughthe post (untracked). Having allowed a couple of weeks for it, with no joy, I contacted the seller and they kindly sent me a replacement straight away (by 1st class post). This was received the very next day and in excellent condition, as per the original photos and description. I am delighted with my purchase and cannot fault the excellent service and resolution from the seller. Thank you.

    Only one problem i experienced and that was an issue with description in listing. This lead to me returning this item for a full refund. I did feel let down and a little deceived by this as item was not cheapest but told it was reduced in price when i questioned why it wasn't sealed. It wasn't in description at all. However itrm arrived next day and when item was returned i was refunded same day. Communication was good. I did re purchase cheaper elsewhere as seller said they would regund me.
