A premature positive; but I got the gimbal and sadly it seems the battery died amd wasn't working. I contacted the seller and explained. Due to my own location; they understood the diffculty of returning the item to me. So they offered me a free replacement gimbal. Initially I was frustrated but they responded quickly and provided a solution for me. I will update this with a follow up comment once the new gimbal arrives but bravo on their customer service! Hopefully the new one is issues free!
