Not only at the price it should be (not what we get rinsed for in the UK), with the full 3 year warranty but delivered to me from Hong Kong via Germany in less than 48 hours - a day ahead of already difficult promise from the supplier. Lionel could not have been more helpful and responsive - I expect he’s also racked up a fair phone bill navigating Chinese new year (which I hadn’t even remembered would impact).
