  Camera Laboratory of Japan is one of the best camera vendors I have dealt with. And considering the difference in time zones that’s saying a lot. Hiraku continued to answer my questions. The items were packaged very securely and they were exactly as described. I received the items within 3 days from Japan to New Jersey! I highly recommend using their services. You will not be disappointed.

  Great seller, communicated throughout the whole process, shipping was prompt and arrived within only a few days after purchase. Camera was as described including everything listed, and in good condition. Arrived safely due to the good packaging used with lots of bubble wrap to protect the camera and lens.

  Nikon D850 exactly as described, camera was well packaged, I'm very pleased. Arrived at in Brisbane super quick! Seller was great. Five stars! Australian Customs not so good. Customs here in Brisbane held onto item for a week because they couldn't contact me on my landline. I needed to pay import duty. Customs didn't have any other contact info for me (weird). Luckily I reached out to them just before they were about to ship the camera back to Japan. All's well that ends well. sigh

  I only bought from this seller as the reviews were good - it felt a risk buying from overseas. There was a mistake - I paid for 2 cameras and got 1 - the seller said it was a packing error and got straight onto it and sent out the other express delivery. Good communication and prompt response. Both items arrived in good condition. Import tax is expensive, so check this before buying! It cost me £103 for 2 cameras of total value £545!!
