    Excellent salesman. Excellent communication. When the package was handed over to FedEx, it only took 2 days for it to arrive from Japan to Serbia. That's abnormally fast. Reon Pocket 5 is a great thing. I tried it for the first time today at 33 degrees Celsius and I can say that it helps you sweat less. Definitely a worthwhile purchase. Rating 10 out of 10 I hope for further cooperation with the seller.

    Item as described, but seller was rude. I messaged on 12/16 asking them to post it ASAP, hoping for Xmas delivery (estimated 12/23–1/1). Seller replied rudely, saying they couldn’t guarantee delivery by Xmas. I wasn’t asking for a guarantee, just for it to be shipped promptly. They waited until 12/23 to ship, and it arrived 3 days later. If they’d shipped on 12/20, I’d have had it by Xmas. Poor communication and unnecessary delay led to my negative experience/rating.
