    I am giving neutral feedback due 2 mistakes. 1st mistake: I bought a pair and I was sent 1 slipper. Seller accepted mistake when informed and sent another one. 2nd mistake: I asked for the 2nd slipper to be grey, but they still sent me a blue one, and no point did they consult me on that. Overall, the product is OK, fair price, looks as advertised, I eventually got both, they are nice to use. However, not happy with the quality of service, that needs a good amount of fine tuning. Thank you.
