    My only complaint would be, this little box of eyewash capsules was delivered in a ridiculously large cardboard box filled with air filled cushions - but at least the box of eyewashes wasn't damaged LOL. Fair price, good seller. It was delayed through no fault of the seller, who was brilliant at communicating the royal mail delay.

    Unfortunately this item was never dispatched by the seller. I contacted them to explain something was wrong, and requested a replacement, as delivery was time sensitive for a deadline I had to meet. I was told that a replacement would be dispatched, but the seller then messaged a few days later in response to a further enquiry from myself, admitting that the replacement was in fact never dispatched either, so I had to raise the issue with EBay, and the order was cancelled and refunded.

    Thank you for your feedback. Your order was dispatched on time but lost by Royal Mail. We offered a replacement or refund after you informed us of the issue Wednesday evening. You chose a replacement, but approval of the FOC order in our system was delayed by one working day as the responsible staff member was away. When you requested a refund on Sunday, we issued it the next working day. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
