Unfortunately the jacket that I ordered was a but tight on me so contacted the seller who got back in touch with me within minutes, can't get any better than that. They were able to resolve my problem and returned jacket the same day. I've just reordered another one in a larger size. The refund only took 2 days to be returned. First class in every way.
