Item as described. Cookie jar was packaged well in the 2 separate pieces in bubble wrap and packing paper in box, however during shipment part of the cookie jar top broke into tiny pieces. I notified seller and received an immediate response and refund. I appreciate the great communication. Would do business with again.

Beautiful item, amazing price, and fast shipping! Extremely friendly, helpful, and communicative seller! Unfortunately my item was broken during shipping, but I don't believe that to be any fault of the seller. The item was packaged very well and I had 2 glass items arrive broken that same day. So I blame the post office. The seller refunded me as soon as I told him and I didn't even ask him to, which was very kind and goodhearted. I would still highly recommend this shop! Just not USPS. LOL.☺️
