  My experience with the product and the customer service as a whole is very positive. The item arrived promptly and in good packaging. The pot feels to made from good quality cast-iron and the shape & design are excellent. It was brand new but there were minor defects (with the external coating) which I raised with the seller and they were extremely helpful and generous.   I contacted the seller to inform them that the item had arrived damaged. The seller asked me to send them a photo of the damaged item and so I did. The seller then contacted me to tell me that they didn't have a spare bowl to send me but are prepared to give me a 50% refund. As the product isn't fit for purpose I have requested a full refund and I'm still waiting for a response.
