About us

We have been in the camping industry now for over 19 years mainly in the conversion sector, we opened 'Camping HQ' in 2019 a small camping shop to run along side our conversion company, since then the shop has grown in strength and we expanding our range in to the 'self-build' market with our new showroom opening early 2023. We are a approved Fiamma supplier and Fitter along with many other famous brands.

    Unfortunately the picture of this item is incorrect. It shows a frame around this battery tester which wasn’t included with delivery. Nor did it say that the frame wasn’t included with the item. There are other sellers selling this item for £10 less but do state that it doesn’t come with a frame. I only paid the extra cost from this seller as I thought that the extra cost included the frame as per the picture. I have now purchased a frame elsewhere which added extra cost to complete the job.

    We did have a phone conversation about this and apologied for the photo being misleading, however you were offered a full refund with no cost to yourself so you could buy the same item at the "£10 less" price (strange how you didn't), attempted to blackmail with neg feedback unless we sent a free frame, we shall report the blackmail to eBay
