I would not have been able to get the balloons filled before the party. Asked for a refund for both sets. I shipped both sets back and only got a refund the Eagles. ALL balloons came together and ALL balloons were sent back together. I included the printed shipping label for the Chiefs balloons because I did not want to ship them separate. I added a note also. No refund!
