  Seller sent the wrong type and length of cable. I ordered a 3m USB-A to USB micro charging cable (for Xbox One); received a 2m USB-A to USB-C cable instead, on 4th day after ordering. Seller received the return 2 days later but bid not issue a refund until another two full days had passed – at 11:57pm (3 minutes more and e-bay would have intervened). Communication inadequate. Seller says they do actually stock what I ordered and the listing remains live.
