  I had to return them as they were hard and ill-fitting. If I had read the reviews I could have avoided this problem. I contacted the seller who proceeded to inform me that they were exactly as specified. I returned them and forgot about them, when I had received other items, I remembered I had not received my refund. I contacted seller who stated they had not received them I could not find the receipt after all this time and they insist no return. Save your money cheap and rude seller.

  Ordered 3 pairs of shoes. They are lumpy under the toes. Asked for a full refund and was told to send them all back together. Was only refunded for 1 pair after pointing this out was refunded for one more pair. So am out of pocket. Do not buy these shoes or purchase anything from this seller.

  We’re sorry to hear about the issue. As per eBay policy, a full refund was offered upon return. We clearly requested all 3 pairs to be returned together, and refunds were processed accordingly. This is the first complaint of this kind. We always aim to resolve matters fairly and value customer satisfaction.
