This was after interventions with Parcelforce who told me that I had to get the sender to confirm my address. The seller told me I had to deal with the courier. Because it arrived late (I am now away) I have not been able to confirm its quality or condition. Assuming it works then it is good value. Just not a good purchasing experience. Hence 4 stars.
