    This item took over two weeks to arrive, I contacted the company and still they were very tardy with the response. The only response I got was, these are made to order. They had a problem with this but there was nothing on the description to say there may be a delay because of this fact, and still no response or apology. Very poor customer service. There is no excuse at all for not keeping the customer informed of the issues you have had.

    I am sorry the tester took so long to arrive, we do make these to order and March saw crazy sales and we did take longer than expected to testers to be built, as soon as your tester was completed it was posted straight out to you. It does say on the listing these are made to order and can take a while to be delivered.

    Absolute rubbish, over priced and did not work, terrible communication from seller, do not buy would not recommend, made my own unit for less than £20 and it worked first time.
