    Bought on 6/28. Sent note 7/7 that item had not shipped, asked for refund. He "promised" he mailed 6/29, USPS is the issue. Magically, the envelope is postmarked 7/9. Continued to blame USPS when its ultimately eBay policy that Seller has responsibility to get item to Buyer address. Should just done the friendly customer service thing and refunded. Instead blamed USPS and its not his fault. Other negative feedback shows he doesn't care about the Buyers. Just avoid!!!

    Buyer purchased on 6/28, label was printed on 6/29 and mailed on 6/30. Postage was the ebay PWE which has a history of USPS not scanning or just being slow in general. First scan occurred on 7/8 and was delivered on 7/12. Buyer insisted I didn't mail his cards until he messaged me on 7/7 which isn't true. Please see other feedback in which fast shipping and well packaged orders are a consistent theme among my customers. Thanks!
