  I sent to the seller my old part picture and brand name. They said they have the parts but they send me wrong parts. When I request refund the seller replied to me this part for different brand. Ask me to send them parts pictures. Wants to see any damage. I sent after no response from the seller. I got the refund through the eBay and I lost my postage cost for the seller fault 😡😡😡

  For this item, I have rated Negative because I was so happy to see that the Indian Mixie Jar was available in UK so I immediately purchased one. The Seller and I were in communication and I felt happy that finally my item will reach without having to buy a new mixie. What I did not understand is why the Seller did not send the item on a Tracking service. After waiting for 7 days, and contacting Ebay CS, the Seller refunded the money back to me which I felt it was not very good service.

  I ordered a 500ml product, and the seller sent me a 300ml product instead, after I brought this issue to attention to the seller, the seller said 'return it' (happily telling me to pay for my own return postage for a product I didn't want), their website still says TEN 500ml products (a butterfly grinder jar) is available even though this is a blatant lie.
