  After ten days of usage, the pedal sheared right off so the bike could no longer be used. Cheap rubbish and obviously faulty. The seller offered me a 20% refund, then it went up to 35% then 50%. After me contacting Ebay, the seller finally agreed to a full refund but asked me to pay the postage of £7.99 (this item had free postage!!). This seller has no idea about customer service. I eventually got my full refund but I had to fight hard for it.
