    PROBLEM with item was supplied. It was RUSTY & did not look new (Brake drum puller), but it functioned and was not worn. The supplier offered a partial refund, which I accepted, there was a problem with the refund. I had to ask for the refund to be made a 2nd time. To be fair the supplier communicated within 24hrs each time I messaged them. For me, JUST unwanted HASTLE. I'm giving POSITIVE feedback only because they communicated and did resolve the problem in a way that I was happy with.
