    Arrived in good time, well packaged in a very pretty pink outer and inner envelopes :-) Brand new pencils but my only negative feedback is that I ordered 2 x SOFT BROWN pencils and was sent only one soft brown, the other was 01 blonde, which is too light for me. I haven't contacted the seller as I can't be bothered to send one pencil back. They were a very good price.
