  The safes arrived all packaged, and I finally figured out how to use the darn thing. The instructions are not very clear there should be illustrations on there, and it should also come with batteries as I couldn’t use it until I’d ordered some batteries which came through the same postal system that the safe did. However, Customer Services was very helpful and very communicative. So excellent service and seller and would definitely buy from again.

  I received my Safe on time from the seller. But this is nothing to do with the seller. The instructions aren't very good so here's some advice, it tells you how to do the lock and using the code they provide which I did but couldn't get into the safe. You need to use the key only to open the safe and then put the batteries in and then it bleeps. I contacted the seller was very good and we had a few emails and they replied straight away. They are forwarding my suggestions to update website.
