This is the new Ebay home of Carlino Guitars and Straps, after 21 years of using the User name Pteradon I've decided to start over here and re brand everything on Ebay. We may lose all those old 21 year feedback numbers but its the same great service you'll receive. A new web site is coming also including more functional mobile site and some new exciting collaboration projects coming including a new one with Famed Fender Master Builder John Cruz as well as our continued work with KISS, Slaughter, Journey, Orianthi, Accept and about 70 other huge rock stars.     I repeat do not buy guitars off of Carolino guitars they will falsely advertise this Paul Stanley guitar that is not ready to ship that was the original listing 2 weeks later I waited I seen the same guitar on reverb already modified ask the seller if this is the same guitar he told me he'll send me updated photos he never did after 2 wks I was very cautious told eBay this seller is falsely advertising something as ready to ship when it's clearly not then the seller bombarded me with negativity

    Well, here's the actual story, first of all, read his screenname, he bought the item, oaid for it, then cancelled the sale, asked for refund , then we responded, asking what the deal was, We work for KISS and do all of the bands, guitars, straps and costumes and they don't hire untrustworthy people, He then changed his mind, wanted it again after hearing we work for KISS and then immediately kept barraging asking when it was going to be done, so we refunded him.     Carlino ended up sending the strap I ordered after some back and forth. It was out of their 30 day window for an exchange but they made an exception because it was a gift. From now on I will open anything I order from any online company to verify it is the correct item before giving it as a gift. I thank ebay for their role in setting this right.

    Hi ebay didnt have a role in this we took the step to do the right thing here, you also still have the other $439 strap which we sent you a pre paid label to send back, and we still have not received it back. Your feedback make it look like ebay forced us to send you another one by saying "thanking ebay for their role", they never stepped in man. please send the other strap back. More than a month went by before you contacted u that there was an issue. Next time please open your boxes.
