    Arrived on goodctime as expected. As the pictures abd as described. The packaging was minimal plastic postal bag around the presentation box. box was mangled from the post, pig not damaged, but could not gift in its box. Inside box was tiny bit of bubble wrap. , Felt I was lucky the pig not damaged, lovely item and exceptionally good value,. I'll wrap in tissue paper and gift bag to my grandson so all good.

    Seller sent fragile item in unsuitable packaging and it arrived smashed up. Instead of offering to send a replacement, they just offered a refund - and in their message made it sound like they though they were doing me a favour by issuing a refund without my having to return the item. Of course in reality the refund was their obligation not a goodwill gesture and the only favour they were doing was to themselves! I pointed this out and they didn't even reply. Rude, ignorant and unreliable seller
