Ryobi is a great brand and there is no need to review to review the product. This review is about the Ebay store. As a long time Ebayer, I know there will be the rare issue. This is one of those rare times. Even though it was clearly, a USPS problem, the seller went above and beyond to satisfy me. The communication was great as was the resolution. I can't say enough good about the seller. I would not hesitate to purchase from this seller!
