That night I emailed the company and attached photos The very next day JACK emailed back apologising and offering a full refund or a new clock with no hesitation Two days later I got a new clock delivered and it was perfect jack and the company were brilliant respond so quickly and sorted it out no problem extent service well recomed this company can't fault them 11 out of 10
