I said I did not need a refund the offer was sufficient to show honesty integrity and it would be wrong to take a refund as I only needed one item. The seller still made the refund which I will donate to charity as I do not wish to take advantage of such an honest and honourable seller. Thankyou

    Delivered on time and perfect for our sofa. This is fantastic customer service unlike the first ones I ordered from another company who delayed sending then said they had sent them then said they would send them again but instead refunded me leaving me without the covers.     The yoga mat that was sent to me was only 10mm thick and NOT the extra thick 20mm mat as described ! Messages went to and fro between me and the seller who arranged for the collection to return the item. I waited in but no one collected the item. I then had to go to the post office to return the item. they have refunded me in full but I will not be using this seller again. it was a lot of inconvenience to me.
