    Lovely item,well packed. But it arrived late due to an incompetent Hermes courier who lied that we were not in, so were unable to complete the delivery. We were in.!! They tried to deliver after the weekend. I received notification that my parcel had been delivered. At last, nothing had been delivered. I contacted my seller. Who sent me a picture of proof of delivery? But it was not at my house,after some detective work. I recognized the house. Four houses down the road. found it. sorted. Thanks
