    Good price, very well packed which was just as well as the courier did not obey the instructions clearly visible on the box. Unfortunately the battery had been inverted by the courier during transit & acid had been spilt in the packing. Seller communications was brilliant, no issues with the return or refund. Such a shame the courier spoilt what would otherwise have been a straightforward transaction.

    Very happy with the service and delivery! Due to the cost, I asked them to confirm that this was definitely the right part for my model of car (e.g no cables out of the back) as there was no picture . They responded quickly saying that the relevant department would do a check and this check was then completed within 24 hours allowing me to place the order. The delivery was very quick - faster even that time that ebay indicated. So correct part installed, good comms and fast delivery. Happy days!
