  Over all good experience, my purchase was delivered a couple days before the earliest estimated date. Its a used product that works great, even came with the connections for it (didn't expect that, was a nice surprise!). Only small gripe would be it was in a box that was to big for it and looks like the shipping company had it at the bottom of a pile and half the box was squished (didn't harm the product just held my breath while opening it lol).   I was really impressed with this seller. He called to verify fitment before shipping. When received, it was very difficult to turn by hand. I shared my concern, and he called to re-assure me that his shop verified it was a good unit and that it would loosen up when filled with gear oil (it had been sitting for a while). He responded to multiple messages, and since getting it installed, I verified that the bearings were smooth compared to the old differential using a mechanic's stethoscope.

  The product was exactly as advertised and the seller went above and beyond what he had to do to make the delivery faster then expected. I explained a situation to him as to why I needed it asap. He shipped it priority mail and fully insured it. I ordered it late on the fourth and expected delivery was the tenth but to my surprise it was here in Callahan Florida from California on the sixth. We need more great sellers like this thank you so much sir.

  Quick turn around from purchase especially during holiday. Item arrived in a usps recycled/reused box which was torn open. Luckily it was packed very well. It is the USPS and their cherry picking fingers most likely. All sellers should use new boxes, they are free from the Post Office. Other than that great seller and experience.

  Hi I have no idea what’s going on but i received a message that the package was refused and I a package never came here at all. I’m just communicating that I see that it’s on their end as ups that they most likely went to the wrong house even though we have big number on putt mail box and house showing my house number so if you received the part back I really need it if you’re able to send back and please through a different company because that’s really unprofessional of them. Thanks
