    The box arrived crushed pic 1 and I thought I was getting pic 2 but got 12 packs of pic 3 which look like sample packs given out at pet shops and vets. I have searched purinas site and i can't find these small 3 in a pack bags. When I contacted the seller questioning their authenticity I was told they could prove the dental sticks were not fake, ignored the question if they were free sample bags and said there was nothing wrong with the packaging. Definitely won't be recommending this seller.

    Buyer was very rude to staff, trying to make out the items are not genuine. These packs are from Purina, the grey packs inside are standard packs placed inside the bigger boxes offered from Purina. They are not free sample packs, these are just lies from the buyer.     Very slow dispatch. Ebay did show that I will receive item latest by day 9 after purchase. Received “shipped” notification on day 5 and tracking shows that it was collected on day 10 only. Finally received my parcel on day 12. No communication from the seller about delay and after my query only that they “asked courier do deliver asap”. Product is as described and arrived well packaged but wouldn’t recommend this seller for slow dispatch.
