  Poor cheap painted plastic outside a good stainless thermos cup inside. Packaged well for delivery arrived in good condition. Expensive for a cup not made of handmade mineral quartz. Did not look like anything like item ordered (red). It was wrong colour completely. arghhhh. Excelled with communication & given a full refund as items not wanted. I couldn't return items as no address to return to seller.
