Bought a spoiler from these guys it came severely damaged. Improper packaging. I tried to work it out with the seller and send it back they declined I paid 600$ Can for this ans they offered me 45$ for my troubles which is absurd I had to contact ebay to get my money back they made the experience horrible. Beware if you buy from them not enjoyable whatsoever.

There may be slight friction at the end of the product, but it will not affect ur normal use We suggest compensating u by $80. Our profit is less than $30, but I will give u a discount of $13.we are willing to compensate u, but u don’t cooperate. The after-sales process requires complaints about logistics and u lack of cooperation, This resulted in us paying a shipping fee of $49 We also compensated the entire order for $447 and suffered significant losses. You said u lost $600 where is u loss?

Took a week to provide a tracking number and then another two weeks for it to be picked up by courier.No manual/instructions or original packaging (Forten brand? or not). Dodgy image of part of manual provided along with lots of excuses.Item received had bare wires where OBD plug should be as per listing stating 'OBD' and also in listing photos.Then told is 2018 model which is different - but this is different to listing details.No comms until said I would raise Raypal refund claim.

Now the seller is saying if I want my refund sooner then I need to remove my negative feedback. So this should be a warning to anyone on how they behave. There has been nothing trustworthy about this sellers behaviour and I would warn everyone to go and buy things elsewhere.

We offered correct 2018 , explained only 12-17 model use OBD design, showed him the real product picture , sent the manual and explained how to install clearly , he didn’t know about the simple electric , we asked him to go to car shop, only takes 5 minutes , he rejected to do that and made dispute because he didn’t know how to install , want us to bear return cost ,we already refund all the cost and lose the product, . he only concerned his benefit , we would warn all supplier avoid loss .
