    POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Arrived Broken. Advertised as having Built-In Rechargeable Battery but Didn't. Had to buy Batteries only to find out it didn't work. Asked for a Replacement, but told i had to Purchase Packing to send the faulty machine back. Explained my nearest Post Office is a long way from me, so thought as the item cost only a few pounds they would just send a Replacement but they wouldn't !!

    Unfortunately the trimmer was faulty but the seller offered me a replacement or a refund, I opted for the refund which was paid even before the trimer had been returned, excellent communication, 5 star seller and would definitely buy from them again.
