Seller sent damaged goods. The eyeglasses was okay but the eyeglasses clip looked used and had several scratches on it. Reported it to the seller with photos on 30 March, the day I received the package but no action has been taken despite several reminders.
It is the seller’s responsibility to ensure the quality of the items for sale. It is not right to sell a used item as new.
